The Ground Floor Apartment - Penny Black
This ground Floor apartment boasts a prime location right in the heart of Aberporth - Just grab your bucket and spade and walk onto the beach!
The Penny Black sleeps 4 people in two double bedrooms and a further 2 on a sofa bed in the lounge. The zip link beds in the first bedroom give you the choice of twin beds or a king size bed while the second bedroom has a double bed and a fully tiled en-suite shower room with rain shower head. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs with in-built DVD players and Freeview. The stylish main bathroom has a bath with an overhead rain shower, toilet and wash basin. Everything inside Penny Black is on one level making it suitable for less mobile guests.
The spacious and open plan living area offers luxury accommodation. The sitting area is furnished with welcoming leather sofas, ideal for settling into after a long day on the Welsh Coast. When the sun goes down, you can just let your mind relax, gazing at the flickering flames of the logburner. Sip a glass of wine in front of the the large flat screen TV with Freeview HD and Blue Ray DVD player. The dining area alongside has a table seating 6 with windows overlooking the beach. The beautiful cream and red kitchen area is fully equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher.
Outside
There is a small communal patio area with bench. There is a bike rack and a small shed to store beach equipment. There is an allocated off road car parking space for one car.
